1. En la urbanización hay muchas casas. In the estate there are many houses.
2. El hotel ofrece habitaciones con baño privado y desayuno. The hotel offers rooms with private bathrooms and breakfast.
3. Los turistas también pueden alquilar un apartamento en la ciudad. Tourists can also rent a flat in the city.
4. La familia vive en una villa que tiene jardín. The family lives in a villa that has a garden.
5. O en un dúplex porque tiene espacio. Or in a duplex because it has space.
6. El loft es un alojamiento luminoso. The loft is a bright accommodation.
7. El casero se ocupa del apartamento. The landlord takes care of the apartment.
8. Algunos pagan una hipoteca y no alquilan. Some pay a mortgage and do not rent.
9. Muchos estudiantes prefieren compartir piso porque quieren gastar menos. Many students prefer to flatshare because they want to spend less.
