Text and translation

1. Redactar un email formal requiere atención. Drafting a formal email requires attention.
2. Se debe definir el asunto de manera clara. The subject must be defined clearly.
3. Se especifica el destinatario con su nombre completo. The recipient is specified with their full name.
4. El saludo debe ser formal, por ejemplo, "Estimado/a Señor/a". The greeting should be formal, for example, "Dear Sir/Madam".
5. En el cuerpo, se redacta el mensaje. In the body, the message is written.
6. Se expresan las ideas de forma profesional. Ideas are expressed in a professional manner.
7. Se evita el uso del lenguaje coloquial. The use of colloquial language is avoided.
8. Al final, se incluye la despedida, como "saludos cordiales". At the end, the farewell, such as "kind regards," is included.
9. Seguida de la firma completa. Followed by the complete signature.
