1. Pedro: Busco un apartamento para alquilar. (I am looking for a flat to rent.)
2. Casero: Tengo un dúplex disponible en la urbanización. (I have a duplex available in the housing estate.)
3. Pedro: ¿Cuánto cuesta alquilar este dúplex al mes? (How much does it cost to rent this duplex per month?)
4. Casero: El alquiler es de 700 euros. (The rent is 700 euros.)
5. Pedro: ¿Cuántas habitaciones tiene la casa? (How many rooms does the house have?)
6. Casero: La casa tiene tres habitaciones y dos baños. (The house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms.)
