1. Si te roban el bolso en España, lo primero es ir a la comisaría y poner una denuncia. If your handbag is stolen in Spain, the first thing to do is to go to the police station and file a report.
2. Allí, un funcionario te pide tu Documento Nacional de Identidad (DNI) o pasaporte. There, a official asks for your National Identity Document (DNI) or passport.
3. Si has perdido el visado, contacta con el consulado de tu país y pide una cita previa. If you have lost the visa, contact the consulate of your country and request an appointment.
4. La burocracia puede ser lenta, pero es importante seguir los pasos. Bureaucracy can be slow, but it's important to follow the steps.
5. Explica todo lo que llevabas en el bolso y describe el incidente claramente. Explain everything you had in your bag and describe the incident clearly.
6. Guarda una copia de la denuncia, te será útil para trámites de burocracia, como bloquear tus tarjetas. Keep a copy of the report, it will be useful for bureaucracy procedures, such as blocking your cards.
