1. Aquí tengo el contrato de mi nuevo piso. Here I have the contract for my new flat.
2. El edificio de apartamentos está en un bloque de pisos luminoso. The apartment building is in a bright block of flats.
3. El propietario es amable y el casero vive cerca, en el mismo barrio. The owner is friendly and the landlord lives nearby, in the same neighbourhood.
4. El portero trabaja todas las mañanas, lo que me da confianza. The caretaker works every morning, which gives me confidence.
5. El contrato incluye detalles importantes: el precio del alquiler y la duración. The contract includes important details: the rent price and the duration.
6. También menciona que el dueño paga los gastos de la comunidad. It also mentions that the owner pays the community expenses.
7. Hay menciones sobre si puedo hacer cambios en el piso. There are mentions about whether I can make changes to the flat.
8. Ahora solo falta pagar la fianza que es un mes de alquiler. Now it's just the deposit left to be paid, which is one month's rent.
