- The formula used is ser + participle + "por" + subject.
- The participle agrees in gender and number with the subject.
- "Ser" is conjugated according to the tense of the sentence.

Exceptions!
- The agent complement with 'por' is used only if necessary.
- In the passive voice, the subject receives the action, it does not perform it.
