- 'Me parece que sí/no' expresses agreement or disagreement. 'No me parece que' is always accompanied by the subjunctive.
- 'Claro que sí/no' are strong affirmative or negative responses.
- 'Por supuesto que sí/no' emphasizes acceptance or rejection.

Exceptions!
- "Por supuesto que sí" is more formal than "claro que sí"
