  1. From 21 to 29, "veinti" is combined with the units. Example: Veintiuno (21).
  2. From 30 to 99, the tens are combined with "and" and the units. Example: Treinta y dos (32).

Exceptions!

  1. "Una veintena" is 20. Example: "Hay una veintena de personas" (There are about twenty people).
