1. Ana: Hola, ¿qué tal? ¿Me puede decir dónde está la recepción? (Hello, how are you? Can you tell me where the reception is?)
2. Recepcionista: ¡Hola! Claro, está al fondo, a la izquierda. ¿Ya tiene una habitación reservada? (Hello! Sure, it’s at the back, on the left. Do you already have a reserved room?)
3. Ana: No, tengo problemas con mi móvil, me gustaría reservar una con la vista a la Sagrada Familia. ¿Es posible? (No, I have problems with my mobile, I would like to book one with a view of the Sagrada Familia. Is that possible?)
4. Recepcionista: Perfecto, ven conmigo y voy a comprobarlo. Sí, tenemos una, ¿quiere registrarse? (Perfect, come with me and I will check it. Yes, we have one, do you want to register?)
5. Ana: ¡Qué bien! Sí, ¿puedo hacer el check-in ahora? (Great! Yes, can I do the check-in now?)
6. Recepcionista: Claro, sólo necesito tu pasaporte y una tarjeta para la llave. (Of course, I just need your passport and a card for the key.)
7. Ana: Aquí está. ¿Me podrías dar una llave extra para mi compañero? (Here it is. Could you give me an extra key for my partner?)
