Es común celebrar el cumpleaños con una fiesta. Una tradición típica es cantar el "Cumpleaños Feliz". La persona sopla las velas de la tarta de cumpleaños y pide un deseo. Recibe los regalos de sus amigos y familia. Es una costumbre dar tirones de orejas al cumpleañero por cada año cumplido.
Translation
It is common to celebrate the birthday with a party. A typical tradition is to sing "Happy Birthday." The person blows out the candles on the birthday cake and makes a wish. They receive presents from their friends and family. It is customary to give the birthday person ear tugs for each year they’ve been alive.
